Options may include Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off), break-bulk vessel, flat-rack or open-top container, and 40HQ high-cube container. The final method and loading plan are confirmed for the specific order.

Production and dispatch schedules depend on the model, confirmed configuration, quantity, inspection plan, destination, and vessel schedule. The applicable schedule is stated in the quotation or order documents after these details are reviewed.

Available payment methods and trade terms are confirmed in the formal quotation according to the order and destination. If you need a specific bank method or Incoterm, such as FOB, CIF, or CFR, share it before the quotation is prepared.

Warranty scope, duration, exclusions, and claim handling are confirmed for the product and order in the quotation or contract. Ask for the applicable warranty terms before placing the order. Remote technical guidance and parts support are coordinated separately according to the issue.

Production follow-up and pre-delivery inspection are carried out against the confirmed specification. Checks may include visible condition, dimensions, key systems, alignment, functional operation, and shipment readiness, with additional testing where it applies to the equipment.

Available manuals, video guidance, installation clarification, and remote technical support depend on the equipment and project. Confirm the required language, operator experience, and support format before shipment.

The team can identify and quote required service or replacement parts from the vehicle and component details. Parts kits may be included with the equipment when confirmed in the order; later availability, price, and shipping method are confirmed for each request.
