What shipping methods do you use for international delivery?
We offer comprehensive logistics solutions tailored to your location and budget:

Sea Transport: The most common choice. We use Ro-Ro ships, Bulk ships, or Containers (Flatbed/Open-top/40HQ) depending on the vehicle size.

International Road Transport: For neighboring countries (such as Central Asia, Russia, Vietnam, etc.), we provide direct road transportation to your border or yard.

Sea-Road Intermodal Transport: For landlocked countries, we offer a multimodal solution (Sea + Road). We handle the sea freight to the nearest port and then arrange truck transit directly to your final destination.

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month warranty for the main beam and key components. During this period, we provide free replacement parts and 24/7 online technical support. For structural issues, we take full responsibility to ensure your fleet keeps running. Additional shipping fees may apply.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For standard models in stock, shipment is within 7-10 days after payment. For custom orders, production typically takes 15-25 working days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the specifications.
How do you ensure product quality before delivery?
Quality is our priority. We implement rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) protocols throughout the manufacturing process. Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), including road tests and load testing, to ensure it is in perfect working condition before shipping.
I am new to this industry. How do I choose the right trailer?
Don’t worry. Simply tell us the type of cargo you transport (e.g., containers, bulk cargo, heavy machinery) and the road conditions. Our experts will recommend the most cost-effective model and specifications for your project.
How can I get the price of your vehicle?
You can connect with us through any contact information. Our personalized service person will respond to you within 24 hours.
Do you accept customization or OEM orders?
Absolutely. We specialize in customized solutions. Whether you need specific dimensions, reinforced steel for tough roads, or your own brand logo (OEM), our engineering team will design the vehicle to meet your local traffic regulations and operational needs.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 unit. However, we recommend ordering 2 or 3 units (depending on the model) to maximize container space and save on average shipping costs.
Can I visit your factory in China?
You are most welcome! Our factory is located in Jining Shandong. We can assist with invitation letters for your visa and arrange airport pickup. Please contact us to schedule your visit.
What certifications do your vehicles have?
Our vehicles are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Depending on your market, we can also provide CE, ADR, DOT, or other specific certificates required for customs clearance and registration in your country.

What are your payment terms and accepted trade terms?
Our standard payment term is T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% balance before delivery. We also accept L/C at sight for qualified orders. We support all major Incoterms, including FOB, CIF, and CFR (C&F). Please contact our sales team for a detailed quote.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Before shipment, you can contact us to cancel or modify the order.
Do you provide training on how to use and maintain the vehicle?
Yes. We provide detailed operation manuals and video tutorials. Additionally, our technical team is available via WhatsApp or email for lifetime guidance on routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
How do I get spare parts if something breaks?
We supply original spare parts at the factory price. We recommend ordering a “Wearing Parts Kit” (e.g., brake pads, lights, filters) along with your vehicle shipment for easier maintenance. For urgent needs, we can ship parts via DHL/UPS/FedEx.
