We are a direct manufacturer with more than 12 years of experience in commercial vehicles. Our factory covers 50,000 square meters and has an annual capacity of 2,700 units. Buyers are welcome to visit our production line.

Yes. Our factory is located in Jining, Shandong, China. We can assist with invitation letters and pickup arrangements when you schedule your visit in advance.

Our vehicles are produced under ISO 9001:2015. Depending on the destination market, we can support CE, ADR, DOT, customs clearance documents, and local registration files.

Yes. We develop long-term partnerships with qualified agents and dealers, including pricing support, marketing material, and production priority.

We arrange sea transport by Ro-Ro vessel, bulk carrier, flatbed container, open-top container, or 40HQ depending on vehicle size. For nearby regions we can also support road or sea-road intermodal transport.

Standard stock models are usually shipped within 7 to 10 days after payment. Customized orders normally take 15 to 25 working days, depending on specification and quantity.

Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance before delivery. Qualified orders may use L/C at sight. We support FOB, CIF, and CFR.

The MOQ is 1 unit. For some models, ordering 2 or 3 units may reduce the average shipping cost per unit.

Before shipment, contact us as early as possible to discuss cancellation or modification options.

We provide a 12-month warranty for the main beam and key components, plus online technical support and spare parts assistance. Shipping costs for replacement parts may apply.

Each vehicle goes through production quality control and pre-delivery inspection, including functional checks, road testing, and load testing where applicable.

Yes. We provide manuals, video guidance, and long-term support through WhatsApp or email.

We supply original spare parts at factory prices. Wearing parts kits can be shipped with the vehicle, and urgent parts can be sent by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
