Rugged & Durable
Built with high-strength steel and branded components to withstand tough road conditions

Kales flatbed trailers are lightweight and versatile. Kales manufactures these trailers to meet your specific needs, offering the perfect combination of customization and flexibility.
Kales flatbed trailers are a popular choice in the transportation industry for moving containers and equipment.
The 40-foot flatbed trailer is built to be durable in off-road conditions and is highly versatile. It can transport commercial and industrial cargo weighing up to 60 tons on any type of road, including 40-foot containers, 20-foot containers, and bulk cargo.
One Trailer. Infinite Cargo Possibilities.
Unlike simple chassis trailers, the Kales 40ft Flatbed Trailer features a robust 3mm Anti-Slip Floor. This versatile design allows you to transport not just ISO containers, but also bulk cargo like steel coils, bagged cement, and lumber. Engineered with T700 High-Strength Steel for a reliable 60-ton payload.
The Kales Flatbed Semi-Trailer is the “Swiss Army Knife” of logistics. While specialized skeletal trailers can only carry containers, our flatbed offers maximum operational flexibility for fleet owners:
12 Sets of ISO Twist Locks for Flexible Loading
A flatbed trailer must support uneven point loads (like heavy machinery wheels). Kales engineers have reinforced the chassis to prevent floor collapse or “bowing”:
Look closely at the image: we use dense diagonal supports under the floor. This “Cross Beam Reinforcement” ensures the 3mm floor plate won’t deform even when carrying concentrated heavy loads.
The gooseneck area is reinforced with double-layer T700 steel plates. This critical upgrade handles the high stress of 60-ton payloads and prevents chassis cracking during sudden braking.
Reliability comes from quality parts. We partner with top-tier suppliers to ensure your trailer stays on the road, minimizing maintenance costs.

Q1: What is the main difference between a Flatbed and a Chassis (Skeleton)?
A: The main difference is the floor. A Flatbed has a steel plate floor, allowing it to carry bulk cargo (cement, steel, wood) in addition to containers. A Chassis only has a frame and can only carry containers.
Q2: How do you pack these trailers for shipping?
A: To save on freight costs, we typically use the Stacking Method. We stack 3 units together into one bundle for Bulk Cargo shipment. Alternatively, we can design a “Bolted Rear” version to fit inside a 40ft High Cube Container.
Q3: Can I add side walls to this trailer later?
A: Yes. We can design the flatbed with post sockets (holes) along the side beams. This allows you to install removable side walls or stakes (columns) in the future if your cargo needs change.

Yes, absolutely. As a manufacturer, we have a professional engineering team. We can customize the dimensions, loading capacity (e.g., 60 tons, 80 tons), axle brand (FUWA/BPW), suspension type, and paint color to suit your specific road conditions and transport needs.
We use high-strength Q355 or T700 steel for the main beam. This ensures the trailer is lightweight yet strong enough to withstand heavy loads and rough road conditions in Africa and Central Asia.
Standard models usually take 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit. For urgent orders, we can even shorten it to 10 days. We will keep you updated with photos and videos during production.
Our standard term is T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping). For large orders, L/C (Letter of Credit) is also negotiable.
Yes, we provide a 24-month warranty for the main beam. For spare parts (like brake pads, lights), we supply original parts at factory cost for the lifetime of the trailer.
At Kales Vehicle, we understand that shipping costs are a major part of your investment. That’s why we offer multiple transport options tailored to your destination and budget.
Whether you choose Container Shipping for protection, Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) for speed, or Bulk Cargo for cost savings, we ensure every trailer is handled with care. All vehicles undergo rigorous wax spraying and are covered with waterproof tarpaulins before shipment to prevent seawater corrosion during transit. We calculate the optimal stacking method (e.g., 3 units stacked together) to help you minimize freight costs.
