Q: What customization options do you offer?

A: We offer full customization to suit your needs:

Side Wall Height: Standard is 600mm/800mm, but we can customize up to 1000mm or add fence extensions.
Axles & Tires: Choose top brands like FUWA, BPW, or SAF. Tires can be customized (e.g., triangle brand, tubeless or radial).
Color & Logo: We offer free painting customization and logo printing to match your company branding.

Q: How do you ship the trailers to save on freight costs?

A: We have two cost-effective shipping methods:

1. Stacking Method (Bulk Ship): We stack 3 trailers together as one bundle to reduce volume and freight fees.

2. Container Shipment: We can design the rear part to be bolted (removable) so the trailer fits inside a 40ft HQ container, which offers the lowest shipping rate and faster delivery.

Q: Why is T700 steel better than Q345?

A: T700 is a high-strength steel with higher yield strength than standard Q345. It allows the trailer to carry heavier loads (60T) without the main beam bending or breaking, making it much more durable for long-term use on rough roads.

Q: What is your production time?

A: For standard models, production takes just 10-15 working days. For fully customized orders, it usually takes about 20 days. We always keep stock of standard chassis to ensure fast delivery.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our standard term is T/T (30% deposit to start production, 70% balance paid after production is finished and video/photos are sent to you). L/C (Letter of Credit) is also accepted for large orders.
