This trailer is designed for demanding bulk cycles in African mining and infrastructure supply chains. Typical workflows include pit-to-crusher, mine-to-plant, quarry-to-stockyard, construction earthmoving and short port-to-project shuttle routes. It can be evaluated by fleets in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and other African markets, but those examples do not imply automatic regulatory approval.
The chassis uses a high-strength T700 beam concept with reinforced crossmembers around the kingpin, suspension hangers and hydraulic supports. The dump body uses an NM500 wear-steel concept for high-abrasion cargo. The final plate grade, thickness and welding procedure are recorded on the order drawing rather than assumed from a marketing label.
A front multi-stage cylinder provides the lift path for the body. The final hydraulic circuit should include the agreed limit, lowering-control and anti-rollover protection. Tipping on uneven ground remains unsafe; operators must follow the site risk assessment and the approved operating instructions.
